Do I have to be good at maths?
Yes, to a certain extent for some jobs, but not all jobs.
What sort of training is needed?

An apprenticeship is also extremely useful.
What other skills do I need?
Teamwork, flexibility, curiosity, creativity, focus, precision.
Aren’t most of the jobs going to be done by robots or computers?
That’s a myth. “The majority of products – from computers to aircraft carriers – are made, maintained or repaired by hand by technically able and qualified people.
